Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Unsuccessful Draws
Every effort will be made to successfully complete your blood draw. In the event of an unsuccessful attempt, a service fee may still apply due to time, travel, and supplies used.
